are jumping jacks good crdaio workouts?i hate running, but wanna get crdaio into my workout to help me lose weight. right now i do 150 sit ups right when i wake up and then another 100 sit ups in the evening. in the evening i also do 10 sets of 100 jumping jacks (so 1,000 total). for breakfast i eat fruit. for lunch i have salad. for dinner i have baked chicken or baked fish. and for snacks i eat fruit or veggies. is this a good diet/work out plan to lose about 15 pounds by may 29?thanks!!
